We appreciate your support of the Boley Rodeo and are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for all merchandise purchases. Please review our return policy for same-day event pick-up orders.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- All sales are final for event pick-up purchases. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the event has ended.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item at pick-up, please notify our merchandise booth immediately for an exchange.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.
- Once items leave the event premises, they are non-returnable.
Pick-Up Instructions:
- Merchandise must be picked up on the day of the event at the designated Boley Rodeo Merchandise Booth.
- A confirmation email or receipt is required for pick-up.
- Unclaimed items will not be shipped or refunded.

Pickup & Purchase Information:
Items purchased online will be available for pickup on May 24 at the Rodeo Arena Concession Stand with the Mural.
Additionally, items will be sold on Main Street and at the Checkpoint Entrance of the Rodeo.
